MAIN LINE TAXI & LIMOUSINE COMPANY OPEN AN ACCOUNT
To open an account with Main Line Taxi please complete an account application form and fax it back to us at (610) 239-9911.
- Please send all forms back signed and/or initialed.
- Please note that the designated Authorized Agent of the company must sign the Terms & Conditions before we can process the account application.
- Clients have the choice of phone account (Book Smart), a taxi voucher account or a combination of both.
- Please check the account choice box on page two of the application form.
BookSmart
Online or phone accounts (Book Smart) are much more efficient than paper vouchers. They also have the added advantage of up-to-date monthly invoice and readily accessible records daily.
- The company or individual is set up with an account number which is added to our Call Center System. When making reservations, the customer need only provide their account number over the phone OR logon on your online account. Every trip will be assigned a “Reference Number”.
Taxi Vouchers
Vouchers are useful for 24/7 or off-hour businesses for patients, guests and or employees.
- Taxi Vouchers come in books of 50 blank vouchers. At the end of each trip, the driver will fill in the trip amount on the voucher and ask the guest to sign. It is suggested that you have your reference codes or cost centers printed on the vouchers to make it easier to reconcile your invoice at the end of the month. Receipts also can be provided upon request.
Please be aware that the set up of an account takes 2-3 working days. The application must be completed correctly or the process will likely be prolonged.
Non Account – Pre-paid Taxi Vouchers
For Corporate Functions, these vouchers are recommended as the limits are already set. These vouchers come in denominations of $5, $10, $20, and $50’s.
- There is no need to set up an account to purchase vouchers. Prepayment is required, either by credit card, certified check or money order, before we are able to send them to you.
Delivery options include overnight courier (courier fee not included) or they can be collected at our office(s). There is no expiration for Non-Account Pre-Paid Taxi Vouchers, but we are unable to refund them if they go unused. We apologize for the inconvenience.
