OPEN AN ACCOUNT
To open an account with Main Line Taxi please fill in all details on the account application form and fax back to us at (610) 239-9911.
- Please send all forms back signed and/or initialed.
- Please note that the designated Authorized Agent of the company must sign the Terms & Conditions before we can process the account application.
- Clients have the choice of phone account (Book Smart), a taxi voucher account or a combination of both.
- Please check the account choice box on page two of the application form.
BookSmart
Online or phone account (Book Smart) are much more efficient than paper vouchers.
- The company or individual is set up with an account number and it’s added to our Call Center System. The customer only needs to provide their account number OR logon on your online account to reserve a ride. Each ride will be assign with a “Reference Number”.
The advantage of the online or phone account is all monthly invoices are up-to-date, and all records are accessible daily.
Taxi Vouchers
Vouchers are useful for 24/7 or off hour businesses for patients, guests and or employees.
- Taxi Vouchers come in books of 50 blank vouchers. You can have reference codes or cost centers printed on these, to make reconciling of your invoice at the end of the month easier. At the end of a trip the voucher is given to the driver and they will fill in the trip amount and ask guest to sign. Receipts also can be provided upon request.
Please be aware that the set up of an account takes 2-3 working days. The application must be completed correctly; lack of this may prolong this process.
Non Account - Pre-paid Taxi Vouchers
These are usually best for functions as the limits are already set. Denominations of $5, $10, $20, and $50’s
- There is no need to set up an account to purchase vouchers. Prepayment is required you will need to pay for these before we send them to you by either credit card, certified check or money order.
We can courier these vouchers to you at a cost by overnight courier or arrange to drop them at our office(s). Please note that these can not be refunded if unused, but there is no expiration, they can be used anytime.
